Unboxing Video Requirement: Customers are advised to record an unboxing/unwrapping video in one continuous clip after receiving their parcel. This video must be in one clip and will serve as proof that the customer genuinely did get a faulty item. If you don’t have the video evidence, your claim for replacement will not be entertained. The customer will not be eligible for a replacement if the video is recorded after the package has been unboxed/unwrapped.

The warranty period of this charger will be clearly mentioned on the product (e.g., 6 Months / 12 Months). If the charger comes with a 12-month warranty, the warranty will be valid for 12 months only.
